(a)In general.
MOIT shall administer the municipal identity card program with the assistance and cooperation of all other City agencies as needed.
(b)Rules and regulations.
Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, MOIT may adopt rules and regulations to carry out this subtitle.
