## § 38-3 Program administration.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 38-3 (2026)

(a) MOIT shall administer the municipal identity card program with the assistance and cooperation of all other City agencies as needed.

(b) Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, MOIT may adopt rules and regulations to carry out this subtitle.
