A Baltimore City ID Card issued under this subtitle must, at a minimum, display the cardholder’s photograph, name, date of birth, a municipal identity card number unique to each card, and an expiration date. A Baltimore City ID Card issued under this subtitle may not display the cardholder’s gender.
