(a)Director.
(1)
The Executive Director of the Board is appointed by the Mayor in accordance with <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter" data-path="IV|§6">Article IV, § 6 of the City Charter</cite>.
(2)
The Executive Director is entitled to the compensation provided in the Ordinance of Estimates.
(b)Staff.
The Executive Director may appoint the assistants, hearing officers, and other employees needed to properly perform the work of the Board, as provided in the Ordinance of Estimates.
