## § 40-5 General jurisdiction of Board.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 40-5 (2026)

The Board has full authority to enforce, in accordance with the provisions of this subtitle, the sanitation, environmental, health, safety, and other quality-of-life provisions of law listed in <cite data-path="|1|§40-14">§ 40-14 of this subtitle</cite>, including any rules and regulations adopted under them.
