§ 41-1 Definitions.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
(b)Civil citation.
“Civil citation” means a prepayable civil citation issued under this subtitle for violation of any offense listed in <cite data-path="|1|§41-14">§ 41-14 of this subtitle</cite>.
(c)Enforcement officer.
“Enforcement officer” means:
(1)
a police officer; or
(2)
a Special Enforcement Officer appointed under City Code <cite data-path="|19|§71-1">Article 19, § 71-1</cite> and authorized by the Police Commissioner to issue citations under this subtitle.
