## § 41-12 Enforcement of court verdict.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 41-12 (2026)

(a) Any fine or penalty imposed by the District Court under this subtitle is a judgment in favor of the City.

(b) If a defendant willfully fails to pay any fine, penalty, or costs imposed by the court, the court may punish that failure as a contempt of court.
