§ 41-4 Authority to issue citation.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
An enforcement officer may issue a civil citation to any adult who the officer, on observation, report, or investigation, believes is committing or has committed an offense listed in <cite data-path="|1|§41-14">§ 41-14 of this subtitle</cite>.
(b)Prior notice not required.
Notwithstanding any other provision of the City Code to the contrary, notice need not be given before issuance and enforcement of a civil citation under this subtitle.
