§ 41-7 Tenor of citation.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
On certification, issuance, and service, the citation:
(1)
constitutes full and complete notice of the violation charged in it; and
(2)
is prima facie evidence of the facts contained in it.
(b)No administrative appeal.
The issuance of the civil citation is not appealable to any City board or agency.
