In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated. “Director” means the Director of Immigrant Affairs. “Immigrant” means an individual:who is a resident of Baltimore City; and whose country of origin is a country other than the United States. “Office” means the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs.
