## § 58-4 Multi-agency inspection team.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 58-4 (2026)

(a) The multi-agency inspection team coordinated by the City Administrator under this subtitle shall include representatives from:

  (1) the Fire Department;

  (2) the Department of Health; and

  (3) the Department of Housing and Community Development.

(b) Each agency specified in this section shall inspect the premises to ensure compliance with <em>{the}</em> laws, rules, and regulations administered by that agency.
