§ 6-3 Yearly meetings required.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
Each board or commission established by <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter">the Baltimore City Charter</cite> or the Baltimore City Code whose membership is appointed shall hold a minimum of 1 regular meeting each year.
(b)Meeting to be open.
These meetings shall be open to the public.
(c)Exception.
The provisions of this section shall not apply to the Board of Estimates.
