## § 6-3 Yearly meetings required.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 6-3 (2026)

(a) Each board or commission established by <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter">the Baltimore City Charter</cite> or the Baltimore City Code whose membership is appointed shall hold a minimum of 1 regular meeting each year.

(b) These meetings shall be open to the public.

(c) The provisions of this section shall not apply to the Board of Estimates.
