Each principal agency shall:establish an internal CitiStat process to improve principal agency performance; monitor progress on the agency’s annual performance management plan; develop plans to address gaps in municipal service delivery outcomes; and report to the Program any relevant data requested by the Office. Each principal agency shall identify a data-driven officer who shall report directly to the head of the agency and be responsible for managing that agency’s CitiStat process.
