## § 8-12 Other remedies not affected.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 8-12 (2026)

Nothing in this subtitle affects:

(1) any action for defamation or invasion of privacy;

(2) employee protections or employee grievance procedures provided by law or contract; or

(3) any other remedy provided by law.
