## § 9-8 Open Data Portal.

Balt., Md., Code art. 1, § 9-8 (2026)

(a) The City shall maintain the “Open Baltimore” Web Portal as  the Open Data Portal where the City’s publishable data will be publicly available.

(b) Datasets published on the Open Data Portal shall be available to the public on an open license basis, with no restrictions on copying, publishing, further distributing, modifying, or using the data for any non-commercial or commercial purpose.
