Subject to <cite data-path="|general|4">Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act - Regulations”}</cite> of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the City Solicitor may adopt such rules and regulations deemed necessary and proper to carry out the provisions of this <cite data-path="10|10">Subtitle 10</cite>, as the same may be amended from time to time.
