§ 2-1 Regulations.LinkCopy Citation
Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, and notwithstanding any other provisions of <cite data-path="|10">this </cite><cite data-path="|10">Article 10</cite> to the contrary, the Commissioner of Housing and Community Development, or his designee, is hereby empowered, from time to time to promulgate:
(1)
such regulations as may be deemed necessary for the regulation of the speed of all vessels operating within the boundaries of those areas of Baltimore Harbor:
(i)
designated as “Inner Harbor Project I” by Ordinance No. 1045, approved June 15, 1967, as amended from time to time; and
(ii)
designated as “Inner Harbor East Project” by Ordinance No. 1188 approved November 19, 1971, as amended from time to time; and
(2)
such other regulations as may be deemed necessary and proper to the maintenance of the public health and safety.
