## § 2-5 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 10, § 2-5 (2026)

(a) Any person violating any of the provisions of this subtitle, or the regulations authorized hereby, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100.

(b) In addition to such penalty, the Commissioner of Housing and Community Development, or his designee, is hereby authorized, when it shall be deemed necessary, to move or relocate at the risk and expense of the owner any vessel that may be docked in violation of any regulations that may have been promulgated pursuant to this subtitle.
