## § 2-3 Voting; quorum.

Balt., Md., Code art. 11, § 2-3 (2026)

(a) Each member of the Commission shall be entitled to 1 vote.

(b) A majority of said Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business, the exercise of any power in the performance of any duty authorized or imposed by this Division I.
