No employer shall withhold any part of the wages or salary of any employee, except for those deductions in accordance with law, without written and signed authorization of the employee. It shall be a violation of this Division I for any employer to make any such prohibited withholding from the pay of any employee, and it shall be deemed a separate violation when any such prohibited withholding is made from any paycheck of any employee.
