## § 3-6 Posting summary of law.

Balt., Md., Code art. 11, § 3-6 (2026)

(a) Every employer subject to this Division I shall keep a summary of this Division I, furnished by the Commission without charge, posted in a conspicuous place on or about the premises wherein any person subject to this Division I is employed.

(b) Failure to so post said summary shall be deemed a violation of this Division I.
