§ 5-6 By employees.LinkCopy Citation
It shall be unlawful, and a violation of this Division I, for any employee to:
(1)
make any groundless, unfounded, or malicious complaint to the Commission; or
(2)
in bad faith, institute or testify in any proceeding before the Commission under the provisions hereof.
