## § 13-16 Notice of subtitle.

Balt., Md., Code art. 11, § 13-16 (2026)

(a) A request for proposals, invitation to bid, or similar document issued by the City regarding a hotel development project must include a reference to and summary of this subtitle.

(b) Failure to include a reference or summary in a document does not exempt an employer otherwise subject to the requirements of this subtitle.
