## § 14-1 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code art. 11, § 14-1 (2026)

(a) In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Bicycle” has the meaning stated in § 11-104 {“Bicycle”} of the State Transportation Article.

(c) “Bicycle parking space” means a designated area, whether open or enclosed, that is used for the off-street parking of a bicycle.

(d) “Employer” means any person who employs 10 or more full-time or part-time employees in the City of Baltimore.
