## § 14-11 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 11, § 14-11 (2026)

Any employer who violates a provision of this subtitle or of a rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $500.
