## § 14-6 Required bicycle parking.

Balt., Md., Code art. 11, § 14-6 (2026)

(a) Bicycle parking spaces required by this subtitle are in addition to any parking spaces otherwise required by Title 16 {“Off-Street Parking and Loading”} of the Baltimore City Zoning Code.

(b) Every employer must provide its employees with the number of long-term and short-term parking spaces required by Baltimore City Zoning Code § 16-705 {“Required  number of bicycle spaces”“}.

(c) When the application of this section results in a requirement for a fractional bicycle parking space:

  (1) any fraction less than ½ may be disregarded; and

  (2) any fraction of ½ or more counts as 1 bicycle parking space.
