Each bicycle parking space must be:for an outdoor space, at least 4 feet by 6 feet; and for an enclosed space, at least 15 square feet of open floor area. Each bicycle parking space must be equipped with a bicycle rack or locker that can accommodate up to 2 bicycles per rack or locker. Each bicycle parking space must be:provided in a safe and secure location that is accessible to all employees; located on the premises of the employer’s place of business; and clearly labeled as reserved for bicycle parking by employees.
