§ 19-12 Waiver of subtitle prohibited.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
Except as provided in <cite data-path="|11|§19-11">§ 19-11 {“Collective bargaining agreements”} of this subtitle</cite>, an employee may not waive any provision of this subtitle.
(b)Violation of this subtitle.
Any request by an incumbent business employer or a successor business employer to an employee to waive his or her rights under this subtitle is a violation of this subtitle.
