## § 19-12 Waiver of subtitle prohibited.

Balt., Md., Code art. 11, § 19-12 (2026)

(a) Except as provided in <cite data-path="|11|§19-11">§ 19-11 {“Collective bargaining agreements”} of this subtitle</cite>, an employee may not waive any provision of this subtitle.

(b) Any request by an incumbent business employer or a successor business employer to an employee to waive his or her rights under this subtitle is a violation of this subtitle.
