§ 19A-10 Waiver of subtitle prohibited.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
Except as provided in <cite data-path="|11|§19A-9">§ 19A-9 {“Collective bargaining agreements”} of this subtitle</cite>, an employee may not waive any provision of this subtitle.
(b)Violation of this subtitle.
Any request by an employer to an employee to waive his or her rights under this subtitle is a violation of this subtitle.
