## § 19A-9 Collective bargaining agreements.

Balt., Md., Code art. 11, § 19A-9 (2026)

Any or all of the provisions of this subtitle may be waived in a bona fide collective bargaining agreement, but only if the waiver is expressly set forth in clear and unmistakable terms.
