## § 20-7 Complaint to Commission.

Balt., Md., Code art. 11, § 20-7 (2026)

(a) Any person aggrieved by an alleged violation of this subtitle may file a complaint with the Commission.

(b) A complaint of an alleged violation of this subtitle shall be filed, investigated, and heard in the same manner as that provided in City Code Article 4, Subtitle 4 {“Enforcement”} as an alleged unlawful discriminatory employment practice.
