§ 1-3 Special employees.

§ 1-3 Special employees.Copy Citation

Anything to the contrary in <cite data-path="|12">this article</cite> notwithstanding, if the governing body of
(1)
the Enoch Pratt Free Library of Baltimore City, or

(2)
the Baltimore Museum of Art, Inc., or
Copy Citation
(3)
the Municipal <em>{Peale}</em> Museum of the City of Baltimore, Inc., or
Copy Citation
(4)
the Baltimore City Public School System, or
Copy Citation
(5)
the Board of Trustees of the Community College of Baltimore, determines by appropriate resolution to have the definition of employees contained in § 1-1(d) extended so as to include any of its employees not within said definition, then said employees of each such corporation shall be considered for the purpose of <cite data-path="|12">this article</cite>, employees of the Mayor and City Council and subject to all of the provisions hereof.
