## § 2-8 Duties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 2-8 (2026)

(a) In addition to other duties herein specified, the Department of Housing and Community Development shall be responsible for the following.

(b) It shall render to the Mayor an annual written report of its activities and operations during the preceding year.

(c) It shall establish and maintain a central records system in connection with its housing and <cite data-path="|building-codes|II">building code</cite> enforcement operations.
