## § 2B-14 Meetings; quorum; voting.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 2B-14 (2026)

(a) The Board meets on the call of the Chair as frequently as required to perform its duties.

(b) A majority of the members constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.

(c) An affirmative vote of at least a majority of a quorum is needed for any official action.
