In addition to the other duties specified elsewhere in this subtitle, the Board is responsible for: reviewing and providing comments on the regulations promulgated under <cite data-path="13|§2B-3">§ 2B-3 {“Rules and Regulations”}</cite> of this subtitle; and reviewing and providing comments on inclusionary housing plans submitted by residential projects to the Board as required under <cite data-path="13|§2B-22">§ 2B-22 {“Inclusionary housing plan”}</cite> of this subtitle.
