The affordable units required by this subtitle: must be complementary to the market rate units in the same project as to their exterior appearance; must be comparable to the market rate units in the same project as to:number of bedrooms; and overall quality of construction; and may vary in size and finish, consistent with standards set forth in the Commissioner’s rules and regulations.
