## § 2B-37 Master leasing affordable units.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 2B-37 (2026)

(a) The City or designated housing providers may enter master lease agreements to manage affordable units developed to comply with § 2B-21(b)(2) {“Inclusionary requirements.”} of this article.

(b) The Commissioner may designate housing providers to manage and rent affordable units in accordance with the regulations and procedures adopted by the Commissioner.
