## § 2B-53 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 2B-53 (2026)

(a) The Department of Housing and Community Development shall issue a fine of no more than $1,000 to a person who violates a provision of this subtitle or a rule, regulation, or order adopted or issued under this subtitle.

(b) Each violation a person commits of a provision of this subtitle or a rule,    regulation, or order adopted or issued under this subtitle is a separate offense.

(c) Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense.
