## § 4-17 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 4-17 (2026)

(a) Any person who violates a provision of this subtitle or of a rule, regulation, or order adopted or issued under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each offense.

(b) Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense.
