§ 4-2 Scope.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 4-2 (2026)

This subtitle applies to:

(1)

every non-owner-occupied dwelling unit, whether or not it is occupied, fit for human habitation, or revenue producing;

(2)

every vacant structure, whether it is a residential structure, a non-residential structure, or other; and

(3)

every rooming house.
