§ 5-17 Vacating premises.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 5-17 (2026)

The Commissioner may require a rental dwelling to be vacated within 24 hours if:

(1)

the property is being operated without a valid license; and

(2)

vacating the premises is necessary for the public health, safety, and welfare.
