## § 5-26 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 5-26 (2026)

(a) Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle (including any offense listed in <cite data-path="|13|§5-15">§ 5-15 of this subtitle</cite> as potential cause for a denial, suspension, or revocation of a license) or any provision of a rule, regulation, or order adopted or issued under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 for each offense.

(b) Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense.
