## § 5-27 Data collection.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 5-27 (2026)

(a) The Commissioner, the City’s Chief Data Officer, and any other City employee who maintains data pertaining to priority dwellings or priority inspections must collaborate to develop a system to track and analyze priority dwellings and priority inspections.

(b) The Department of Housing and Community Development may use existing resources to track and analyze priority dwellings at the discretion of the Commissioner.
