Not later than May 1 of each year, the Department of Housing and Community Development must submit an annual report for the previous calendar year to the Mayor and the City Council detailing:the number of priority dwellings; the number of priority dwellings for which the Department of Housing and Community Development conducted 2 priority inspections; the number of priority dwellings where at least 1 violation notice was issued during a priority inspection that was not abated within the allowable time; the number of priority dwellings where at least 1citation was issued during a priority inspection; the number of attempted priority inspections; the number of rental licenses revoked under <cite data-path="13|§5-15|(b)|(6)">§ 5-15(b)(6)</cite> of this subtitle; the number of rental licenses revoked under <cite data-path="13|§5-15|(b)|(7)">§ 5-15(b)(7)</cite> of this subtitle; the total number of rental licenses revoked; the number of completed priority inspections; of the total number of priority inspections completed, the percentage of priority inspections that did not yield any violation notices or citations; and any other information requested by the Mayor or by a Resolution of the City Council. The annual report required under subsection (a) of this section must include a matrix identifying the following in aggregate for all licensed rental dwellings:the total number of 3-1-1 complaints; the total number of notices issued by the Department of Housing and Community Development; the total number of notices abated within 90 days; the number of notices for which the Department of Housing and Community Development pursued legal action; and the total number of citations issued. The annual report required under subsection (a) of this section must include a matrix identifying the data required under subsection (b)(1) of this section for all licensed rental dwellings in aggregate, for each of the following categories:heating; ventilation; plumbing; roof leaks; rodents; lead paint; fire protections; electrical systems; water supply; structural deficiencies; insects; elevators; weatherproofing; and appearance of mold The annual report required under subsection (a) of this section must include a matrix identifying the following for all priority dwellings:the total number of 3-1-1 complaints; the total number of notices issued by the Department of Housing and Community Development; the total number of notices abated within 90 days; the number of notices for which the Department of Housing and Community Development pursued legal action; and the total number of citations issued. The annual report required under subsection (a) of this section must, for all priority dwellings, include a matrix identifying the data required under subsection (b)(1) of this section for each of the following categories:heating; ventilation; plumbing; roof leaks; rodents; lead paint; fire protections; electrical systems; water supply; structural deficiencies; bed bugs; and elevators.
