## § 6-20 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 6-20 (2026)

(a) Any person who violates any provision of <cite data-path="|13|6">this subtitle</cite> shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, shall be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 for each violation.

(b) The criminal penalty described in this section is not intended to preclude any other civil or administrative remedy available at law.
