## § 6B-5 Program admission.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 6B-5 (2026)

(a) Subject to the provisions of this section, eligible families shall be admitted into the Program.

(b) Admission into the Program is subject to the availability of funds and is not an entitlement.
