## § 8B-9 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 8B-9 (2026)

(a) Any person who violates any provision of § 8B-5 or <cite data-path="|13|§8B-6">§ 8B-6 of this subtitle</cite> is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 for each offense.

(b) Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense.
