## § 13-3 License and compliance required.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 13-3 (2026)

No person may operate a peep show establishment unless the person:

(1) obtains a license from the Director for the operation of the establishment, and

(2) complies with the provisions of this subtitle.
